The successful candidate will contribute to creating and maintaining clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative analytic solutions to market.
Executive Assistant – Business Segment Liaison
The Executive Assistant (EA)/Business Service Liaison (BSL) will partner with the other team EA/BSL to coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and asset management for all Naviguard team members. In addition, will help support the Leadership team by managing schedules, delegated approvals, and additional various administrative activities and support. Candidates will need to adapt to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a proven track record of working with on-site and remote team members. This position will be located at 9700 Health Care Lane, Minnetonka, MN 55343.
Provider Liaison – Telecommute
As a Provider Liaison, you will be providing a critical function to a new business built from the ground up for the next several years. In this role you will support the daily activities of the business, including direct engagement with healthcare providers to negotiate bills on behalf of consumers.
Product Owner, Out of Network Claims Case Management
In this role you will represent the voice of the business by performing research, design, development, and translating complex business requirements into actionable features, user stories and changes/updates to the Operations application suite. This is a cross-functional liaison role that reviews requirements and performance against expectations and coordinates/facilitates or influences changes to product to achieve optimal performance. You will work with internal business partners to recommend future direction, respond to inquiries, and ensure alignment to product roadmap.
